RUC Developer Portal
RUC is a proprietary 3PL/logistics middleware that connects e-commerce platforms, ERPs, and carriers to warehouse fulfilment operations across Europe. Integration centres on the XML message feeds (CAT, PO, RMA, NO) that carry catalogue, order and return data, complemented by an OAuth2-secured REST API for synchronous queries and operational actions.

- Order Service
Manages the full order lifecycle from receipt through fulfilment, including status transitions, line-item changes, and cancellations.
- Inventory Service
Tracks stock levels, reservations, and inventory snapshots across warehouse locations and client accounts.
- Work Order Service
Creates and manages warehouse work orders for value-added services (VAS) such as kitting, labelling, and inspection tasks.
- Facility Service
Maintains master data for warehouses and facility locations, including zone configuration and capacity metadata.
- Item Master Service
Stores and validates item and SKU master data including dimensions, weights, barcodes, and client-specific product attributes.
- Carrier Determination (CDM)
Evaluates carrier selection rules and returns the appropriate carrier and service level for a given shipment.
