RUC Developer Portal
RUC is a proprietary 3PL middleware that connects e-commerce platforms, OMS, ERP, and transport management systems to warehouse fulfilment operations across Paxon Europe. Integration centres on XML message feeds (CAT, PO, RMA, and NO) carrying catalogue, order, and return data, complemented by an OAuth2-secured REST API for synchronous queries and operational actions.

- XML Inbound Service
Ingests XML messages (CAT, PO, RMA, NO) from trading partners and translates them into RUC fulfilment operations.

Outbound XML feeds Paxon sends to your systems as orders and stock move through the warehouse: goods receipts (GR), order status (OS), returns (RS), stock adjustments (ADJ), inventory snapshots (INV), item-master sync (IMS) and final acknowledgements (ACK).

Tracks stock levels, reservations, and inventory snapshots across warehouse locations and client accounts.

- Carrier Determination (CDM)
Evaluates carrier selection rules and returns the appropriate carrier and service level for a given shipment.
